Welcome to our little retreat in the clouds. This home was put together slowly and fondly — every bowl, blanket, and lamp chosen so that the mountain feels a bit like yours for a few days.
You are minutes from the Awana Skyway, Genting SkyWorlds, the Premium Outlets, and the cool morning mist of Genting Permai. And when the evening chill arrives, the winter duvets are waiting in the wardrobe.

Getting Here & Check-In

Self check-in steps
- First, collect your key & access card — walk to Mail Box Room 1 (no card needed to walk in). Collecting Your Keys shows every turn
- Open mailbox C16-3A: code — sent before arrival. Take your door key + 1 access card (lift, facilities, parking gate) — then please turn the mailbox lock back to 000
- With the card in hand, drive in and park at bay B4-129 — tap the card at the barrier to enter (photo trail below)
- Head for the ORANGE doors — this car-park lift goes directly to level 16, no buttons needed
- WiFi details are in Quick Glance above ↑
Arriving by car — tap any photo to zoom:
- 1Drive in — follow the yellow arrow to the ANTHARAS 1 parking entrance
- 2ANTHARAS 1 — you've arrived!
- 3Park in bay B4-129 — it's reserved for you
- 4Head for the ORANGE doors — "Lift Lobby Tower B & C". The yellow chevrons point the way — this lift goes straight to level 16
Arriving from KL or the airport
- Bus: KL Sentral or TBS → Genting (Awana/First World); from Awana, a short Grab or the Skyway. From KLIA, reach KL first.
- Grab: reliable up the mountain (~1 h from KL); rides down can be scarce at night — plan your return.
- Driving: winding, often misty — drive relaxed, fog lights on, fuel up before the climb (last easy stop: Gohtong Jaya).
Collecting Your Keys
Your door key and access card wait inside mailbox C16-3A, in Mail Box Room 1 on the ground floor — reachable on foot from the main entrance, no card needed yet. About a two-minute walk from the main entrance:
- 5Walk in through the main lobby entrance
- 6Go up into the lobby, to the middle
- 7Turn RIGHT, go up the steps — then take the small walkway on the LEFT, beside Wyndham
- 8Into the walkway — then turn LEFT
- 9Straight past the mailboxes, then turn RIGHT
- 10MAIL BOX ROOM 1 — go straight in
- 11Locate box C16-3A — your keys are inside (open code: see your check-in message)
Please leave the mailbox combination set back to 000 after taking your key and card — and again when you return them at check-out.
Keys in hand — now up to your unit:
- 12Straight through here, then turn RIGHT — that's the lift lobby
- 13Going up: press 1, then 6, then the STAR button — or just TAP the access card and your floor is selected automatically
- 14Out of the lift, turn LEFT and walk straight ahead
- 15C16-3A — this is where you're staying. Enjoy your stay!
Walking up from the main lobby — for reference
If you're heading up on foot from the main lobby — for example, straight after collecting your key — here's the route: walk in and up as in photos 5–6, at the steps of 7 keep going RIGHT (don't take the left walkway) — the lift lobby of 12 is straight ahead, then continue with 13–15. Once your car is parked, though, the car-park lift by the orange doors (see Getting Here & Check-In) is the more direct way up.

Fully equipped for easy cooking — induction hob, oven, fridge, kettle, and a full ceramic tableware set. One gentle policy keeps it lovely: we are a no-oil kitchen.

Oil mist clings to a highland home and is genuinely hard to undo. Heavy cooking residue left behind carries an extra cleaning charge of RM 100. thank you for understanding ♡
After cooking: wash what you used, take leftovers with you, switch everything off.
Drinking water — we have a Xiaomi filtered-water dispenser in the kitchen; the filtered water is safe to drink directly, no boiling needed. Tap water itself isn't for drinking (like everywhere in Malaysia) — the 24-hour KK Super Mart downstairs is also an option.

🍳 The induction hob
Tap ⏻ power → tap the hob you're using (top / bottom) → set the heat with − / +. The photo also marks the timer, the child lock, and Stop+Go (pause / resume the heat).
Only the provided induction-ready pots work on it.

The switch lives in the small bedroom. For a hot shower, flip the water heater switch ON about 15–20 minutes before (its neighbour is just the toilet light) — and kindly switch it OFF after.

House Rules
- Check-in / out — in after 3 PM, out by 11 AM. Late check-out without approval: RM100.
- Occupancy — max 6 guests, matching the booking. Visitors and extra guests need our prior OK.
- Noise — low volume after 10 PM. No parties or events.
- No smoking & no pets — smoking indoors carries a deep-cleaning charge. There's no smoking area within the building — kindly step outside the premises.
- No-oil cooking — see The Pantry. RM100 charge if breached.
- Electrical safety — no overloaded sockets; switch off when leaving.
- Care of the home — be kind to furniture, linens & facilities; rubbish goes to the refuse chamber at the end of the hallway (photos in Check-Out).
- Security — lock doors and windows when out; mind your valuables.
- Prohibited — illegal activities, drugs, gambling, dangerous items.
- Damage — tell us right away with a photo. honesty is always cheaper than discovery
By checking in and staying with us, you agree to these house rules and to the replacement prices in the unit inventory.
Guest Responsibility & Damage
Everything is in good condition at check-in, and minor wear from normal use is totally fine — no worries at all 😊
If something gets damaged, broken, or goes missing: snap a photo and WhatsApp us right away. It keeps things fair and helps us prepare for the next guest.
- Normal wear & tear: never charged
- Misuse, carelessness, or missing items: replacement at the price listed in the unit inventory (see the full list below)
- After check-out our cleaner documents the unit with photos; any issue is raised within 24–48 h with evidence, through the platform's official process where applicable
