Welcome

~ a note from your hosts ~

Dear guest,

Welcome to our little retreat in the clouds. This home was put together slowly and fondly — every bowl, blanket, and lamp chosen so that the mountain feels a bit like yours for a few days.

You are minutes from the Awana Skyway, Genting SkyWorlds, the Premium Outlets, and the cool morning mist of Genting Permai. And when the evening chill arrives, the winter duvets are waiting in the wardrobe.

Make yourself at home — truly. If you need anything at all, we are one message away.

— your hosts ♡

Getting Here & Check-In

~ self check-in, arrive on your own schedule ~

Address: Antharas 1, Block C, Unit 16-3A, Jalan Permai 2, 69000 Genting Highlands, Pahang
Check-in from 3:00 PM · check-out by 11:00 AM (early or late? just ask us)

Self check-in steps

  1. First, walk in through the main lobby entrance to Mail Box Room 1 — no card needed yet, since the car park gate itself requires the access card. Open mailbox C16-3A: code — sent before arrival. Take your door key + 1 access card (lift, facilities, parking gate) — then please turn the mailbox lock back to 000
  2. With the card in hand, drive in and park at bay B4-129 — tap the card at the barrier to enter (photo trail below)
  3. Head for the ORANGE doors, then in the lift tap the access card — your floor is selected automatically (no reader nearby? press 1, then 6, then STAR instead)
  4. WiFi details are in Quick Glance above ↑

Arriving by car — tap any photo to zoom:

  1. 1Drive in — follow the yellow arrow to the ANTHARAS 1 parking entrance

The car park gate itself needs the access card — so first, walk in through the main lobby (no card needed) to Mail Box Room 1 and collect it from mailbox C16-3A. About a two-minute walk from the main entrance:

  1. 3Walk in through the main lobby entrance
    Main lobby entrance
  2. 4Go up into the lobby, to the middle

  3. 5Turn RIGHT, go up the steps — then take the small walkway on the LEFT, beside Wyndham

Please leave the mailbox combination set back to 000 after taking your key and card — and again when you return them at check-out.

Keys in hand — now to the car park:

  1. 11Now you have the card — tap it at the barrier to enter, then park in bay B4-129
    Parking bay number B4-129
  2. 12Head for the ORANGE doors — "Lift Lobby Tower B & C". The yellow chevrons point the way — this lift goes straight to level 16

No car, or arriving on foot — skip the car park

Once you've collected your key at step 9 above, you don't need the car park at all — from Mail Box Room 1, go straight through and turn RIGHT for the lift lobby, then continue with steps 13–15 above.

  1. Straight through here, then turn RIGHT — that's the lift lobby
Route from the mailbox room to the lift lobby

Arriving from KL or the airport

  • Bus: KL Sentral or TBS → Genting (Awana/First World); from Awana, a short Grab or the Skyway. From KLIA, reach KL first.
  • Grab: reliable up the mountain (~1 h from KL); rides down can be scarce at night — plan your return.
  • Driving: winding, often misty — drive relaxed, fog lights on, fuel up before the climb (last easy stop: Gohtong Jaya).

The Pantry

~ simple meals, happy kitchen ~

Fully equipped for easy cooking — induction hob, oven, fridge, kettle, and a full ceramic tableware set. One gentle policy keeps it lovely: we are a no-oil kitchen.

yes please

  • Maggi night & instant noodles
  • boiling, steaming, reheating
  • pasta, eggs, breakfast
  • the oven — toast away

kindly not

  • frying or deep-frying
  • heavy-oil dishes
  • strong-odour cooking

Oil mist clings to a highland home and is genuinely hard to undo. Heavy cooking residue left behind carries an extra cleaning charge of RM 100. thank you for understanding ♡

After cooking: wash what you used, take leftovers with you, switch everything off.

Drinking water — we have a Xiaomi filtered-water dispenser in the kitchen; the filtered water is safe to drink directly, no boiling needed. Tap water itself isn't for drinking (like everywhere in Malaysia) — the 24-hour KK Super Mart downstairs is also an option.

  • Genting SkyWorlds — book theme-park tickets ahead on peak dates
